RENTAL PRICES
Our venue requires a fully refundable $250 retainer fee to hold your date & time. This retainer is not added to the balance owed, and the balanced owned must be paid in full within 7 days of the event. Balances over $500 require a payment schedule to ensure balace is paid in the time alloted. All packages are subject to a 3.5% convience fee. There are some additional decor ad ons that can be found on the home page. Your set up time and clean up time must be included in your rental block time.
Our max occupation for our venue 75 guest. Outside catering and drinks are allowed at etc HTX Manor! We do allow smoking on our outdoor patio, but absolutley no smoking in our faculty.
A bar can be added with our licensed mixologist for an additional cost. Inquire for the cost of this addition.
THE BASIC
PACKAGE
This package does not include anything outside of the basic rental of venue. No tables, chairs, sitting areas or decor is included in the package.
$450 for 4 hours - $600 for 6 hours - $750 for 8 hours - $900 for 12 hours
THE SOCIAL LOUNGE PACKAGE
This package includes the basic rental package, plus 3 sitting areas. The bar area seating, left to bar area seating and front door area seating.
$550 for 4 hours - $700 for 6 hours - $850 for 8 hours - $1000 for 12 hours
THE PARTY VENUE PACKAGE
This package includes the basic rental and social lounge packages plus tables, table linens and chairs to sit 24 people.
$700 for 4 hours - $850 for 6 hours - $1000 for 8 hours - $1150 for 12 hours
THE WHOLE EVENT
PACKAGE
This package includes the basic, social lounge and party venue packages plus you get to choose your color in table decor and place settings for 24 guest. Table napkins, napkin rings, chargers, tables sashes, white chair sashes and table center pieces are included. We do not set up tables or decor witth this package.
Color decor available: red, navy, lt blue, pink, gold, black, royal blue, fuchsia, white & purple
special colors can be ordered but will incur an additional $100 special color fee.
$950 for 4 hours - $1100 for 6 hours - $1250 for 8 hours - $1400 for 12 hours
THE WE DO IT ALL
PACKAGE
This package includes the basic, social lounge, party venue and whole event packages plus 2 Light up marque letters or numbers, floor decal and complimentary 6ft garland balloon arch & $100 gift card to etc HTX Manor beauty bar.
Gift card can be redeemed for a massage, pedicure, manicure or facial. Card can be transferred to a friend.
WE DO ALL the setting up, and breaking down of the party decor.

All you do is show up with your food, cutlry, dj and guest.
